travel light, wake early, walk far
Over dinner, we decided to schedule an extra-early start so we could hit Old Rag’s ridge at sunrise on Sunday. Night (pre-dawn?) hiking was new for a lot of people, and definitely a bit unusual for an LM, but we were eager to have the scramble to ourselves.
We started up the trail at 7 a.m. and managed to catch nice light on the mountains at Blackrock Mountain
Overall, this trip was a nice welcome back to the mid-Atlantic mountains. It was great to catch up with so many friendly faces and enjoy the fantastic spring weather!
I wanted this product to feel intentional and special. In order for a pee cloth to feel like a legit piece of gear, I needed to treat it like a real piece of gear - which means hiring artists to create custom prints.
What should everyone have in their first aid kit? Everything that one has been trained to use.
