I have done this trail so many times so why not do something a little different! Some housekeeping things though:
Congratulations to Donna, Paul, and Daniel for completing your first trip with the club and subsequent promotion to member status. Hope to see you all on future DCUL trips!
Thank you to fellow AO’s Snake jumper and Maddie (Shutterfly? thoughts???? Maddie lags behind because she’s just taking photos of mushrooms, flowers, bugs, birds, etc for her INaturalist. She’s also our de facto Ecologists on trips! Let me know if you accept) for joining and assisting me on the trip. The help was much appreciated and more valuable than you think.
Tessa, Helen, Abhi thanks for joining us again on another trip. Hope to see you all again!
Thank you to PATC for clearing the trail! Appreciate everything you all do!
The trail is the same as it ever was but different. The same but different. If that makes sense? Same trail, same people, different season, different conditions. It’s like visiting an old friend who you haven’t seen in a long time. Still the same but a little different. I really have nothing else to say. If someone stumbles upon this trip report and wants more information I would refer you to the main catalog of Trip Reports and search for the other reports on this trail… like mine exactly a year ago!
